Hundreds of Flushing Children Receive Toys at Holiday Giveaway
(December 22, 2022) Worontzoff Law Office, in partnership with the NYPD 109th Precinct in Flushing, is teaming up with non-profit organizations and small businesses to give away more than 2,000 toys at TOYS FOR KIDS event for the holiday season. Mr.Worontzoff from Worontzoff Law Office is the organizer who initiated this meaningful and fun event. He said that the toys presented this time are popular with children of different ages from toddlers to teenagers. They cover a wide range of categories and are current and in style. At 3:00 p.m. on December 22, 2022 (Thursday), the toys will be gifted to children in Flushing community at the 109 precinct. Parents and children are welcome to join us and have fun. “We are very excited and thrilled to raise more than $5,000 worth of toys for the Chinese American community, and we are also very glad that our volunteers contributed their time and talents to decorate the 109 Precinct and the surrounding area into a place full of Christmas atmosphere, so that the children can feel and enjoy the special season of the year – holidays are here.”

Hundreds of New Yorkers gathered in front of the Flushing Public Library on Sunday to denounce violence, discrimination, racism, and hate crimes against Asians.
